We’re now seeking an experienced and people-focused Concierge Coordinator to join our Dental team and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to our patients while leading and supporting our front-of-house concierge team.
About the role
As the Concierge Coordinator you’ll provide day-to-day leadership and coordination of our dental concierge team to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, and a positive team culture. You’ll oversee rosters, daily task allocation, workflow efficiency, and act as the first point of contact for administrative queries and escalations.
You’ll also play a hands-on role in ensuring our patients receive an exceptional experience - from the first point of contact to post-treatment follow-up - while supporting the development and growth of your team.
